The final day of Fashion Week saw Alice McCall celebrate 10 years in the fashion industry. Alice McCall’s ’14/15 cruise collection, titled In My Dreams We Were Flying, was inspired by the surreal and infinite possibility of the lucid dreaming. The collection was pretty and delicate with soft pastels, glitter, cutouts and digitalised feminine prints. Working within a soft spectrum of powder blue, pistachio green, carnation pink and lemon chiffon; silhouettes included sweetheart rompers, jumbo scalloped skirts and cameo necklines to the more minimal; sculpted neoprene dresses, bomber jackets and bonded futuristic sweaters.
