Beach days are deeply ingrained in an Aussie summer so what to wear beachside is often at the top of many women’s shopping lists. Looking for great pieces to wear for a day by the water is a marker of summer for me and I thoroughly enjoy scouring my fave brands and stores for just the right pieces to add to my warm weather wardrobe.
I posted earlier in the week about the top beach essentials this summer and I think the same principle applies to your beach wardrobe—there are definitely key things every woman should have at her disposal. High at the top of anyone’s list should be a flattering swimsuit. The process of finding swimwear shouldn’t be rushed. Take the time to find just the right piece that makes you feel confident and amazing. Lucky for us, Australia does some of the best swimsuits in the world so you’re definitely going to be spoilt for choice. Equally as important is a great cover up. Whether your style is wearing a sarong, a loose linen shirt or dress or denim cutoffs and a tee, it’s definitely worth finding something that you can easily turn to when a day at the beach beckons. Also, don’t neglect your accessories. A stylish hat, pretty sandals and chic sunglasses should also be on your list.
