What I Wore: A night out with Chaumet

28th September, 2019

I’ve been lucky enough to work with French jewellery house Chaumet during spring racing season (and will be doing so again this year) so I’m familiar with the brand’s timeless and luxe aesthetic. During a recent dinner hosted by brand, I knew I wanted to wear something sophisticated and sleek when it came to my look.

I couldn’t look past a modern take on an LBD in the form of the below Toni Maticevski cocktail dress. The high fluted and ruffled neckline perfectly lifts the simple silhouette of the midi dress striking the right balance between drama and understated elegance. What I particularly loved is the gold lamé cascading ruffle feature which just gave it a theatrical touch.

When it came to my jewellery I opted for a pair of gold drop earrings by Chaumet and the gorgeous pairing of a gold bangle and a diamond bracelet worked back with two simple rings. It’s always such a thrill when I am able to wear beautiful jewellery such as the pieces I wore on the night. It’s such a great way to be able to experience first hand a brand with such an impressive, and notable legacy.
