Ellery 2014 Vitreous resort collection was the closing show on the Perth Fashion Festival calendar. The much anticipated event took place in the Linton and Kay art gallery in Perth’s CBD. The Perth-born designer Kim Ellery showcased gorgeous mini-dresses, twist-front crop tops, short-shots and tailored jackets. The show was the perfect end to a wonderful week.

Camilla and Marc showcased their 2013 Resort Collection, Suprematist, on the fifth Day of The Perth Fashion Festival (PFF). The event took place at the WA Museum’s Hackett Hall where models paraded the collection between tables as guests enjoyed a three-course meal. VIP’s included singer Samantha Jade, former cricketer Adam Gilchrist, Sara Leonardi-McGrath and her husband, former cricketer Glenn McGrath who was a special guest at the event which helped raise awareness and funds for The McGrath Foundation, a breast cancer charity founded by his late wife Jane McGrath.

Designer Capsule Two was yet another highlight on the Perth Fashion Festival (PFF) calendar. WA labels Wild Horses, Steph Audino, Betty Tran and Bikini Atoll paraded at the show, held on the forth night of the festival. Among the front row guests was LA fashion icon Cameron Silver, who Time Magazine named as one of the world’s most influential men in fashion.

On Day three of Perth Fashion Festival (PFF), Perth’s Scherri-Lee Biggs led the catwalk for the National Showcase. The show was a celebration of talented Australian designers and included labels: We Are Handsome, Gorman and Desert Designs – a Sydney-based fashion label inspired by Australian life and landscape with Aboriginal digital prints. The former Miss Universe Australia, who is now based in Melbourne, donned a We Are Handsome bathing suit to open the show. The show was expected to be a highlight on the PFF calendar and did not disappoint. Here are some of my favourite looks.

Last night I attended the Jaime Lee runway show at Perth Fashion Festival (PFF) where the Perth-born designer presented her Light Magic Collection. Lee officially launched her label in 2010 but in 2011, Jaime Lee shot to international fame when she collaborated with Grammy Award winner, Kimbra, who commissioned the designer to create two pieces for her. Lee is a favourite among international trendsetters, including Kelly Cutrone and Tyra Banks.
