Ah beautiful Santorini… I really didn’t do a lot but eat, drink and sleep during my short time here but while I was lucky enough to be on this beautiful island, my favourite things I got up to included…

Donkey ride – it’s a slightly terrifying (my husband Luke was not impressed about this one) but if you are like me and enjoy riding then it’s a great way to see some of the sights. And best of all, it’s worth if for the laughs!

Sea Side by Notos, beach bar and restaurant, Agios Georgios Beach – You can lay in the sun and order food on the beach or enjoy the delicious meal with table service, inside the restaurant.

Restaurants

Katina Restaurant- fresh seafood and amazing lobster, good for dinner and lunch.

Anogi- great local cuisine and a fabulous atmosphere, ideal for dinner.

Hotels

Grace hotel. Even if you don’t stay here you must go for dinner or a drink and listen to the harp player when enjoying the beautiful sunset Santorini has to offer.

Rocabella Resort and Spa. This is where we stayed. Such a great location. There are four pools to choose from, each with spectacular sunset views and best of all, the hotel staff were so lovely and helpful.

My favourite place on earth is Italy and the Amalfi Coast is such a special place, filled with beautiful sights, delicious food and wonderful things to do. We recently stayed in Positano and did day trips around the other stunning parts of the Amalfi Coast. Here are some of my favourite spots, restaurants and things to do…

Da Adolfo, Positano – The Da Adolfo boat leaves Positano port every 30 minutes. It’s a gorgeous restaurant on a cute little beach, perfect for a lazy afternoon so pack a beach bag and stay for the day!

La Conca del Sogno, Restaurant and beach club- Located between Positano and Capri. Take a 30-minute boat ride and make it a day trip. Once again, it’s perfect for a long lunch while dipping into the ocean in-between courses.

La Fontelina, Capri – Capri is a must-see in itself. It’s a stunning town with beautiful views, loads of shopping, great restaurants and cafes. But if you are looking to escape the hassle and bustle then head down to La Fontelina, it’s a gorgeous little beach club with a delicious restaurant.

Le Sirenuse champagne and oyster bar – Enjoy oysters and Bellini’s while taking in the breathtaking views of Positano.

Zass, San Pietro Hotel, Positano – Located on the cliffs, it’s a five star restaurant and hotel bar and is another stunning location to enjoy dinner while taking in the stunning sights.

Music on the Rocks – Positano’s only nightclub and it’s a must!

Casino Royale, Monaco

In my recent travels, I was lucky enough to visit The South of France. If you are ever in that area here are a few must-see things to do and see while you’re in town.

ST. TROPEZ

For me, St. Tropez is definitely the most vibrant and fun holiday spot in The South of France. It has everything you want from bars, clubs and restaurants. The Saturday local markets are at the top of my list, especially because of all the amazing local produce. Also the designer shopping is second to none, there are all labels in St Tropez, from Givenchy to Celine. Make sure you stop at the Dior café while you’re strolling along and have a coffee in the garden.

Club 55 restaurant is a must for lunch. If you are looking for something quiet it’s not the pace to go. Above all it’s the atmosphere and people watching that has made it such a hot spot.

Nikki Beach, beach bar – get ready to dance the afternoon away but be prepared for champagne showers!

La Villa Romana restaurant- if you are with a group of friends and are looking for fun, La Villa Romana is a great way to start your night. But get prepared for a costume change, as the waiters will soon have you dancing on tables and put you in fancy dress.

Nightclub: Byblos. If you are in St Tropez you can’t not go to Byblos, it’s a European nightclub – at it’s best.

ANTIBES

Hotel Du Cap-Eden-Roc – is such a stunning hotel. Even if it’s just for a drink, it’s a must.

MONACO

It’s a beautiful place; I could spend all day walking around admiring all the architecture.

Casino Royale, Monte-Carlo – you can’t visit Monaco without checking it out so make sure you have a cocktail at Jimmy’s.

Sass Cafe – it could be my best night out in the south of France. It’s a local haunt and is only small but you will be dancing on tables within no time and singing along to all your favourite dance hits to a live band.
