T-shirts are an integral part of my look, and during isolation, I ended up wearing them non-stop—a testament to how versatile and critical they are. The one thing about tees, is that you can never have too many of the basic colours such as white, black and grey as they can be styled in so many different ways and will end up getting plenty of use all the time. Also, I tend to just repeat the process in winter and buy those shades in a long sleeved version and they will last me the entire season.
In saying that t-shirts are also a comfy way to add a bit of a statement element to your look. While plain colours are important, it’s also a great way to have fun with patterns, prints and logos. You could easily pop a logo tee under a blazer and wear it back with jeans and you’re set. It’s also easy to wear a printed tee with shorts or pants for a complete look that’s an easy option for when you need to get out the door fast.
