Australian Fashion Week Wrap Up: Day 4

15th May, 2019

What I wore: Lots of love for the designers I was seeing today. I wore Lee Mathews for the Lee Mathews show and then I wore a Thurley dress for the Thurley show.

What inspired my look today: I really wanted to support the designers I saw so I wanted to wear their designs.

So lucky to wear this gorgeous dress by Lee Mathews

Where I went: I was on site at Carriageworks for both shows and lunch inbetween in Elizabeth Bay.

Fave trend: At Lee Mathews it was all about polka dots, voluminous sleeves, oversized silhouettes, sheer fabrications and bold prints. At Thurley it was soft and feminine with floaty Grecian gowns, pretty pastels, feminine florals, intricate detailing and beading.

Fave show: Lee Mathews. It was such a beautiful collection. Classic and elegant but very wearable.

Pretty as a picture: My Huawei P30 has been such a great sidekick during fashion week. I’ve snapped some really beautiful things but my ave shot of the day was definitely the florals on the Thurley runway. It was absolutely stunning.

Everyone was wearing: Florals. It was a big trend of today.

What I ate: My team and I stopped at Shuk in Elizabeth Bay. We ate salads, shakshuka, pita bread with haloumi, hummus and other dips. Then dinner at home with the family.

Highlight of the day: I love seeing friends at Fashion Week and the highlight of today was definitely sitting front row with some of my faves and then debriefing about the show afterwards.
