Cruising with Vacheron Constantin

26th October, 2016

Last week, I attended a gorgeous launch on Ghost II – a brand new, beautiful luxury super yacht owned by Bell Partners founder and CEO Anthony Bell. The Vacheron Constantin launch was the first ever event held on the yacht so I felt quite special to be invited and enjoy a beautiful night cruising around Sydney Harbour.

The night was all about launching the iconic Vacheron Constantin Overseas collection, a range of watches which can impressively tell the time in 37 different time zones. Watch aficionados would have been in heaven, as all the guests were able to try on some of the luxury timepieces on display. The watches ranged from simple and sleek to some that were thoroughly luxe and were encrusted with diamonds. It was definitely a lot of fun being able to play with them.

The launch was a small gathering of 50 people and was a mixture of media, fashion personalities and celebrities such as Montana Cox and Cheyenne Tozzi. It was a special experience being able to watch the sunset as we sailed along the harbour and definitely a lovely way to spend an evening.

Asphyxiate art exhibition launch

21st November, 2014

The above image is just one of the gorgeous photographs and paintings that features in the ‘Asphyxiate’ art exhibition I checked out this week in the Comber St Gallery in Sydney’s Paddington. The exhibition is a collection of works from artist Vicki Lee and photographer Ted O’Donnell and was inspired by a Robert Browning poem called ‘Porphyria’s Lover’ which is about an obsessed lover and the tragedy that ensues from such all consuming desire. If you’re in Sydney, be sure to check it out.
