Fashion, What I Wore

What I Wore: Narvi launch

27th September, 2022

I hosted a recent launch by Narvi and went for a favourite outfit combination of mine – something in head to toe crisp white. I have always loved shift dresses (I actually really loved wearing  them in pregnancy as they were so comfortable) and usually turn to them when I want to wear something classic and understated. I’ve worn several colourful pieces by the brand Leo Lin and this white shift dress was a definite departure from what I’ve worn in the past, but I think it’s a simple style done really well. The silhouette is quite streamlined but I love the cutwork design that gives it an elevated touch. Also, I’ve always found the little white dress to be as reliable as an LBD when it comes to attire that’s guaranteed to look polished but without too much fuss in putting it together.

I wanted to keep this an all white look, and already had a few pieces in mind to complete the rest of my ensemble. These Aje heels have been a really great staple to have as they go with most looks and the signature ring feature is iconic to the brand. They’re ultra comfortable too. This Apede Mod mini bag has proven itself as a great event accessory. It’s a simple style, but the chain strap gives it modern flourish. Plus I love the fact it can be worn in two ways. Often wearing one hue head to toe can make for a really impactful look.
