Coming from a long weekend, I went straight from relaxation mode to another busy week. One minute I was sipping G&Ts in the country, and the next minute I was doing black tie fittings at home and rocking the a fun casual cool ensemble on the steps of one of my fave museums in Sydney. It’s always interesting to visit the full spectrum of my wardrobe, and the last few days have been just that, going from one extreme to another—but hey, isn’t that when fashion is at its most fun? Here’s what I wore this week.
This is what you’d call my ideal heavenly set-up. We escaped to the farm over the long weekend and I parked myself in front of the fire, and enjoyed a delicious cheese platter and a refreshing G&T. Oh and the outfit! I love doing cosy jumpers and jeans for relaxing winter days, and I couldn’t do it without my trusty RM Williams boots by my side.
I went to a luncheon hosted by my sister-in-law and I wanted to wear something with a little boldness so this crimson printed dress by Leo & Lin seemed the perfect fit. The vibrant colour makes a statement, while wearing lace up boots helped ground the look and give it a little edge.
Just an ordinary day at home… Well not quite. I was doing dress fittings at home for an upcoming event and couldn’t resist snapping a pic of this dress. It’s such a sleek silhouette and a classic LBD, but what I love about it are the feathers at the neck. They add a touch of old school glam and a little whimsy to such a pared back silhouette.

I’ve been living in these jeans of late as they’re such a great fit and style. I paired them with this playful top by RtA. I love the bikini style tie feature, which gives a plain black tee an unexpected twist. And what better way to accessorise than with this classic Gucci Horsebit 1955 bag. Super chic and stylish and such a great new addition to my wardrobe.
