I’m still all about great suiting so I loved this different take on it in the form of this Camilla and Marc short suit. The tweed fabrication makes it classic and polished, but pairing high waisted shorts with a jacket gives it a modern feel. The silhouette of the shorts also gives it a slightly sexy feel, which is such a great contrast to the sophisticated, elegance of the jacket. Worked back with a sweet puff sleeved shirt by Seed, it helps to soften the overall vibe of the ensemble. One thing I love is the fact that both the jacket and shorts work beautifully as separates. I could easily pair the jacket with jeans or a skirt, while the shorts would look great with a cami or shirt.
I had fun playing with the accessories I wore with this look. It was all about keeping it playful, yet with a sophisticated feel. I opted for two-tone Chanel flats, which added a luxe touch to this outfit. While blue Le Specs sunglasses add a pop of colour and a structured bag by Strathberry makes for the ideal finishing touch.
