What I wore this week

4th February, 2021

It’s funny when I do these posts as I’ll often look back over the pics and realise I’ve had an ongoing theme throughout the week. I don’t even realise I’m doing it half the time but based on the below, I’ve certainly been embracing a neutrals/beige/brown colour palette over the last few days. And with good reason because it’s so easy to mix and match pieces working with these hues. So here’s what I wore during my autumnal meets summer hues week…

This outfit has a bit of a 70s vibe to it and I’m totally embracing it. The chocolate brown halter neck top is polished and perfectly suited for a Sydney summer. While these tailored pants by Viktoria and Woods help brighten up this outfit, and worked back with the sleek white thongs, it’s such an easy, comfortable look.

One of my all-time fave dress labels is Steele as I cannot resist every time they have a new drop. You know when a brand just gets your aesthetic? Theirs is my summer vibe to a tee. This dress is unbelievably comfy and such an easy, don’t-wan’t-to-think outfit option.

I’m planning to wear these jeans to just about everything for the next little while as they’re so versatile and easily paired back with virtually every top I have in my closet. Paired with my Gucci sandals (as an aside, these shoes have been worth every cent as the cost per wear has been so good) and a simple tee, it’s simple and effortless dressing—just the way I like it.

Meet my fave new dress. I’m loving the new drop by Camilla and Marc, and this dress was love at first sight. I can easily wear this doing the school run, out to lunch, or running errands as it’s such a classic design. Plus guess which shoes made another outing this week?
