What I Wore: In Living Colour

20th October, 2020

With the onset of spring I’ve been feeling lots of bold, punchy colours when it comes to my outfits of late. This sky blue co-ord set by Mulberry is just the thing to welcome in the increasingly warmer weather. Not only is the colour all kinds of fun, the delicate floral print makes it perfect for this time of year. My favourite part of this set has to be the blouse. The tie neck gives it a 60s feel and an elegant touch. And worn separately, it would definitely lift any neutral piece.

When embracing colour I think it’s worth going all out and layering vibrant shades to make a statement. And what better hue to do this than a rich apple red? This Fendi top handle bag is the perfect accoutrement to pair back with such a playful look. Also studded with little stars, this top handle bag is just the thing to instantly lift an outfit. To finish off my ensemble I wore two-strap Giuseppe Zanotti heels. Simple in design, they allow the rest of my outfit to be the focal point of the entire look. And when it comes to a colourful outfit, it really is all about letting those vibrant shades do all the talking.
