Fashion, What I Wore

What I wore this week

26th November, 2020

I love this time of year when the weather is warming up and there’s a buzz in the air that Christmas and the holiday break is just around the corner. Also, slowly there are more events cropping up—after the year we’ve all had, I’m even more grateful for the opportunity to be able to catch up with friends and colleagues, but also to be able to be out and about again for work. And maybe just ever so slightly, I’m loving being able to dress up and have fun with clothes again. Here’s what I wore this week.

I wore this to a Dior event this week and it was such a comfy look. The crisp white is perfect for the warm weather, while the double breasted silhouette and cinched in waist is a great take on feminine tailoring. The bag is so intricate and such a work of art—typical Dior!

I often like to take a casual combination like denim and a white tee, but dress it up with accessories. This cylinder Strathberry bag is a polished addition to this outfit, while the gold jewellery adds a touch of daytime glam.

Playing dress ups with Grace. This is by Aussie brand Monday and there’s something fun about wearing resortwear throughout the week. This co-ord set just made me feel like I was on holiday.

I took the opportunity to dress up for a lunch with Piaget and couldn’t resist this pastel yellow dress by Aje for the occasion. I love the finishing touches on anything by Aje because they manage to turn a classic silhouette into something contemporary and modern. I wore my new fave Bottega heels, and paired it with the cutest mini Oroton bag.
