I feel smock dresses can often divide people—you either love the voluminous silhouette or you don’t. I fall into the former camp. I love the fact that wearing one is so ridiculously comfortable as the silhouette is so relaxed, and has an effortless vibe that I really love. This Aje dress is made from a lovely broderie anglaise which adds a really soft yet striking textural element. While the sunshine yellow accents are so perfect for this time of year. I can see myself wearing this when I’m after a look that’s polished yet is high in the comfort stakes. Paired with a great pair of sandals, this is one look that’s so wearable and made for days when I just want to get out the door with minimal fuss.
