Fashion & Beauty, What I Wore

What I Wore: Naked Sundays launch

22nd March, 2022

I attended a launch hosted by beauty brand Naked Sundays this week and being a lovely location by the water, plus the sun was finally shining in Sydney, I opted for an outfit with a slightly summery vibe. I’ve been really loving the ready-to-wear range Oroton is doing and this particular dress was high on my list of pieces I wanted to roll out before the cooler temperatures well and truly set in for autumn. Midi dresses are always a favourite of mine when it comes to event dressing as I find they always look so chic and polished. Earthy hues are right on trend so I was really loving the caramel hue of this dress. I’m all about interesting finishing details and I couldn’t go past this this twisted strap neckline and the asymmetrical sleeve detail. They give the look a theatrical touch and a healthy injection of boldness. A definite must for an occasion look.

I accessorised with a few old faves plus a new addition! This Oroton bucket bag is such a great beige hue and worked well against the caramel colour of the dress. The colours play well against each other and allowed the other to pop. I then utilised my fave Bottega Veneta heels to dress up this look, while Manning Cartell chain link earrings added a statement feature to tie everything together.
